CW: Madelyn Thomas AD: Me
Script: Once we reach herd immunity, our lives will go back to normal, but we aren’t those normal people anymore. We aren’t really strangers our game says, but it really feels like we are. We will inevitably bump into the awkwardness from our prerolls where we forgot how to give a hug, only emote with our eyes, or cringe when someone wants to shake our hand. We're not really strangers is unusually good at helping people overcome small talk and awkward moments, so we created our app to bring that much needed energy to the internet. People can answer questions and be linked up with the community in a variety of ways. On that note, we're going to start hosting slow dating events to encourage people to bond in person and remember what it was like to have a wonderful conversation with a stranger. We don't care if the bond is platonic, romantic or familial we just want people to connect again.
